2007 SciFi Television Pilots Overview

The major Hollywood studios have finished shooting the new SciFi/Fantasy series pilots this year. Next week the television broadcast networks will announce which ones they order into series for the Fall 2007 season. Here’s a breakdown of the series [via TheFutonCritic]:
ABC
- Pushing Daisies: A pie maker with the gift to bring people back to life with a touch uses his abilities to solve mysteries in this whimsical drama.
CBS
- Babylon Fields: The dead are brought back to life and face the challenge of resuming their lives in this comedic drama.
- Twilight: An immortal vampire spends his nights as a private investigator while struggling with his love for a mortal woman.
FOX
- New Amsterdam: A New York detective has been alive since the 17th Century. He solves cases while dealing with his own issues over death and immortality.
- The Sarah Connor Chronicles: Picking up where "Terminator 2" left off, Sarah Connor is on the run with her teenage son from cybernetic assassins from the future.
- Them: From "Battlestar Galactica" writer David Eick, a sleeper cell of aliens on Earth posing as humans begin to question their mission on our planet.
NBC
- The Bionic Woman: Another contender from "Battlestar Galactica" writer David Eick, this remake of the 70s classic drama is about a cybernetically enhanced woman working for the U.S. Government.
- Journeyman: A man discovers he can travel to the past to change the lives of those he cares for most.
CW
- Reaper: A man makes a deal with the devil: in exchange for staying out of hell, he agrees to become a bounty hunter for Satan.
- Spellbound: A young life coach in New York uses her magical powers to help her clients with their personal problems, but she can’t seem to resolve her own problems. Some of these show will make it on to the schedule for the Fall and some will be forgotten relics. Check back here the week of May 14 when the networks announce their pick ups.
TV cant get more exciting! Most of the shows they make suck but then they cancel the good stuff like Surface?? i cant figure it out
