Must Read Genre Fiction Writing Blog: Writer Unboxed
Jun 21st, 2007 by DanO
I didn’t plan on covering online resources for genre writers of fiction until this fall, but I stumbled across a crazy good site I wanted to highlight.
Writer Unboxed is a blog-based site "about the craft and business of genre fiction." Two writers studying what made successful genre fiction work created the site to share their observations and it has since grown to include five more writers.
The blog entries are well written and insightful about genre fiction. The entry that led me to the site is The Unpubbed Writer’s 7 Deadly Sins. I thought every one of those seven listed were dead on. Check out the site, you won’t be dissapointed. It already has a permanent place in my RSS Reader.
Wow, thanks for considering us crazy good, Dan! We’ll keep an eye on your blog too.
I second Kath’s thanks, Dan. See you online!

I look forward to spotlighting more of your blog posts. You are putting together exactly the kind of online resource I’ve been looking for.
Thanks Dan. Gonna add this to my feed too.
BTW, does chick-lit count as genre fiction?
